Cariloop is an employee benefit solution that helps people navigate the demands of caring for loved ones. As a startup in an emerging category, Cariloop needed a website to enable marketing of their evolving solutions and brand. The company engaged Bond Digital to redesign and develop the site to support growth. We defined the audiences in order to tell the right story to decision makers and establish a framework for customer journeys and more effective marketing.

Enabling multi-audience marketing with a user-friendly backend experience.

A great web user experience is vital But equally important for growth focused companies, is a user-friendly content management experience enabling the marketing and communication team. We built an ecosystem to give the team the power to manage the content of three different web properties from one backend experience without developer intervention. The first property is the corporate marketing site. A second is customer portal for HR communications. And the third property supports communication for individual service users. This means the Cariloop team can provide more value to customers, make more effective use of rich content and respond to market opportunities faster and more effectively.
